Wanted to share with you a new development here at Whitaker that we hope will be of value to you! We’ve gotten the link between our internal database and our website fully functional now! This means that, as we receive new search requests from our clients and enter them into our internal database, they will now be immediately (more-or-less) posted on our website as well for public access! This will allow you to check on whatever is the “latest and greatest” in career opportunities 24/7 from your own computer without having to wait for our (mostly) monthly newsletter. It will also allow you to enter your resume or other profile information and indicate your interest in exploring a particular opportunity automatically. Additionally, for employers, it’s the first step in hopefully being able to offer to you on-line access to confidential candidate profile summaries to allow you to prescreen candidates for your most urgent openings. We don’t plan on this replacing the newsletter entirely as I enjoy sharing some tips and industry trends with you on a monthly basis in addition to the Open Positions Attachment. We hope you’ll find this new service to be valuable.
