Although this is unquestionably one of the most talent-shy markets I've ever seen, it's still true that there is fierce competition for the most attractive positions out there. To stand out from the crowd, you have to capture the imagination of hiring decision makers. You have to increase financial results in a sustainable manner, and inspire others to take daily action that ensures success.
