JANUARY / FEBRUARY 2008 NEWSLETTER

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce my new assistant, Jessica Nelson (aka Jess ). As I told you in last month's newsletter, Amber Jolley has been promoted to a full Staffing Consultant position and she s already making some impressive inroads.

Jess has stepped in to take over Amber's previous role as my assistant and, although she's filling some formidable shoes, Jess has already shown that she's more than up to the task. She's already learned how to manhandle me and keep me on the straight and narrow!

Let me tell you a little bit about Jess: Jess is a Texas A&M grad (an Aggie !!) with a major in Geography. Prior to coming to Whitaker, Jess had quite a broad background in sales and customer service while working her way through college. She's a wife and mother (a three-year-old daughter), and they make their home in Bryan, Texas. Scrapbooking and gardening are her passions in her not-so-spare time, and she's a self-professed Harry Potter nerd. She's a whiz at all the computer things that are still a mystery to me and she speaks Gen-Y - a language unto itself that I've yet to figure out.

Many of you will have to opportunity to speak or correspond with Jess in the next few months. Please give her your warmest welcome!
